Amazing Dolceacqua

The fame of the village is also tied up to the production of the Rossese of Dolceacqua, a red ruby wine fwith a soft, aromatic and sweet taste, with an alcoholic gradation of 12,5.
The Rossese is obtained by a unique vine and the production is limited to very few bottles.

We are waiting for you at the Bar California to taste the Rossese produced by our family, we follow very old traditions also for the production of Olive Oil using a special quality of olives named "taggiasche".
For the guest interested to visit our winecellar we organize dedicated visits.

For the gluttonous we reccomend to taste the "Michette of Dolceacqua", unique and delicate sweet bread with a light taste, very soft with sugar on top.
